We require your end to disable standard port 25 and only open SMTP access for our spam & Virus firewall. Besides that you will also need to update the MX records given. Domain propagation will take place after MX update in 24-48hours where at this point of time, you will see significant different from having spam & virus firewall and without spam & virus firewall.
