With Net Onboard Email Redundancy Solution, bounce back mail will never happen. Our Layer 1 comprised of multiple Redundancy Email Servers located globally. This provides 100% availability for your email service. |

Emails captured in Layer 1 will then be passed to our Spam & Virus Firewall for filtering. |
| Step 5 |
Cleaned Mail will be released to our Layer 2 Redundancy Email Server and automatically re-routed to 'Your Email Server' once it is live again. |
