Can I seamelessly integrate Virtual Mall store into my existing website design?
No. Our current system does not support intergration with current website at the moment. However if you intend to link the your Merchant store with your current website, you will only need configure the hyperlink.
- How will I know when I get an order?
As soon as an order is placed, your customer will receive an order confirmation e-mail and you will also receive an order notification e-mail.
- Can customers log into my store and view the order status?
Customer will login to their own account. The customer will be able to check on their purchases record, voucher and points earned from different Merchants.
- Does Virtual Mall supports multiple currency?
Yes. You will only need to perform one time configuration of currency exchange rates at your Merchant Account.
- I already owned an e-store website. Can I transfer my e-store directly to your Virtual Mall Merchant?
No. You will need to repopulate all your data and configure your Merchant Account with us.
- Can I know, will there be any transaction fee to pay to you on every successful transaction done through Virtual Mall?
You do not need to pay us for every transaction you have. You will need to pay the transaction fee to the payment gateway such as Paypal.
- I prefer a uniquely branded design rather that using your templates. What can I do?

- I own an ebay store, can I drive traffic from eBay to my Virtual Mall Merchant?

- Can I change my website template?
Yes in fact we offer a variety of website template; you can change your current website template in your account.
- How can I change my shop name?
Yes, you can. To update your shop name, please login to your account and update it in the merchant setting page.

- Is there a limit for product uploads?
No limit on product uploads.
- Can I use my own domain?
Yes you can use your own domain name redirecting to your current Virtual Mall Store. If you like to enquire more regarding how to get your own domain name for your current website please contact us.
- How can I increase my web traffic? How do I attract more people into my website?
You may perform your own marketing campaign such as flyers, advertisements, pay per click campaign and many more.
- Can we have two types of language; English and Malay?
Our system currently supports only English. We will expand additional languages in near future.

There is no restriction on the quantity of product listed.
