- What is the difference between Premium SMS and Bulk SMS?
Premium SMS can receive from mobile user and send charge SMS to mobile user. Bulk SMS can only send free SMS to mobile user.

- What is the procedure to sign up?
1. We will send you the agreement and premium service order form which you need to fill up 2. Proceed with payment 3. Fax us back the agreement, premium service order form and bank in slip 4. We shall create your account within 24 hours. Note : Telco require 5 working days to approve your keyword.
- I wish to request for Premium SMS Trial Account
There is no trial for premium SMS
- What is the % of profit sharing
Each Telco will have their own % of profit sharing. Refer to 2 Way SMS document for details. Trio Mobile will take 15% after Telco deduction.
- When will I get paid?
Telco will pay Trio Mobile 60 – 90 days after the end of each month. Once we have receive the payment, we shall put it into our online reporting system. Once it is there, customer can withdraw it. Upon withdrawal, we will bank into customer account within 3 working days.
- How fast can you process premium SMS?
14 SMS per second
- What is reseved keyword?
ON, REG, STOP, BATAL, HELP & OUT. These keywords cannot be registered by customer.
