What is the minimum SMS Credits to purchase?
Smallest SMS package available is RM135 which is for 1000 SMS credits.
- What is the use of Bulk SMS?
To allow you to sms to multi-recipient via web interface at one go. It is useful for product promotion, SMS alerts, reminders & etc.
- For Bulk SMS, which countries are supported?
6 countries are supported - Malaysia, India, Singapre, Brunei, Australia, Hong Kong. All with the same rate.
- Can Bulk SMS support MMS/EMS?
No. Only text based SMS is supported.
- Can Bulk SMS support Chinese/Japanase SMS?
Yes, it is supported
- How many characters for 1 SMS?
1SMS = 1SMS Credit For normal text message, 1 SMS is 160 characters. For Unicode (Chinese/Japanese), 1 SMS is 70 characters
- Is Fail SMS charged?
Yes. SMS Credits will be deducted regardless if it is successful or fail.
- Is there any resend function if the mobile phone is not turned on or no coverage at that moment?
Yes. The SMSC will resend the SMS within 24hours.
- Can I request for a trial?
Yes, you can. Kindly contact us for the trial form. Fill it up and fax / submit a ticket back to us. We setup trial account with 3 credits.
- How fast can you deliver Bulk SMS?
40 SMS per second
- Any expiry period for Bulk SMS?
It has a 1 year expiry period. If there is any balance credit, you may top up at any package price and the remaining credit will be carried forward.
- How much do I earn from being a reseller?
You are allowed to mark up. For example, you may package 1000 SMS and price it as RM0.15 per sms. or 500 SMS and price it as RM0.15 per sms. Therefore, how much you earn is depending on how you package it.
- In my Reseller Account, can I use the API to send SMS
Yes, each reseller account will be given 1 set of API username and password.
